When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until accepted by Knighton Inc Ltd, which occurs when we issue an order confirmation and process payment.

We may reject or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). If this happens, we will notify you promptly and refund any amounts paid.

Your purchases are subject to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy. By placing an order, you confirm that the products are for personal use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

1. All prices are listed in GBP (£). Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT at the applicable rate.
2. Shipping, handling, customs or import duties (if applicable outside the UK) are not included in the product price and will be shown separately at checkout.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders promptly in line with our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are handed to the courier.

Knighton Inc Ltd is powered by Shopify, which hosts the online store. However, all purchases are made directly with Knighton Inc Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions. By purchasing from us, you expressly release Shopify from liability arising from your purchases.
