Refund policy
We want you to love your fabrics. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the terms set out below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note we cannot accept returns or refunds on:
- Cut fabrics (as all fabrics are cut to order).
- Fabric samples.
- Clearance/seconds-sale items.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Custom or personalised items (if applicable).
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your fabric, please return your order (where eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@fluffifabrics.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
