Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Here’s what you can do:

- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.

Currently, we do not accept telephone orders. Please place your order online—it’s easy and secure.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email directly from the courier (such as Royal Mail or DPD) with your tracking link. Simply follow the link to track your parcel. You can also log in to My Account > My Orders to check your order status.

We accept returns on eligible items in original condition. Samples, clearance fabrics, and ‘Seconds’ are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Returns are typically processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the item. Refunds may take a few more days to appear depending on your bank.

We offer three UK Mainland delivery options:
- Next Working Day Delivery – £7.99
Order before 1 PM (Mon–Thu) to receive your parcel the next working day. - Standard Delivery – £4.99
Delivered within 2–4 business days. Free for orders over £45.00. - Saturday Delivery – £12.99
Order before 1 PM Friday to receive it on Saturday.

Yes. International shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. You can estimate the cost at checkout.

Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders after that will go out the next working day.

Yes! Select the “Add a Sample” option on product pages. Samples are 6x6 inches, priced at £1 each + postage.

We photograph our fabrics in natural light, but colours may vary depending on screen settings. If colour accuracy is important, please contact us before ordering.

Yes, we send all fabrics in one continuous length unless otherwise requested.

Most fabrics are sent folded. Larger orders may be rolled.
What are 'Clearance' fabrics?

These are discounted due to minor flaws or being end-of-roll. They’re a great bargain but non-refundable.

Yes, we have a physical store located in Leicester. You're welcome to visit and explore our fabric collections in person.
