When will my order arrive?
We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs, including Next Day Delivery, Standard Delivery, and Saturday Delivery. Each option has its own applicable delivery charge.
What are your shipping rates for the UK?
We offer three delivery options for UK Mainland orders:
1. Next Working Day Delivery – £7.99
- Order before 1 PM Monday to Thursday, and your parcel will arrive the next working day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
2. Standard Delivery – £4.99
- Delivery takes 2–4 business days.
- Free Standard Delivery applies if your order total is over £45.00.
3. Saturday Delivery – £12.99
- Order before 1 PM on Friday to receive your parcel on Saturday.
Please note: Delivery times may be slightly extended during peak periods such as Christmas or UK Bank Holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! International shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. You can estimate your postage at checkout.
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day and it will be delivered to you as per the Delivery mode you opted. Any Orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
Do you offer Next Day Delivery?
Yes! Select UK Next Day Delivery at checkout and place your order before 1pm on a working day to receive it the following working day (Monday–Friday).
Do you offer Saturday Delivery?
Yes, for UK Mainland only. To receive your order on Saturday, make sure to order before 1pm on Friday.
My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
If you've chosen Standard Delivery, please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us. After that, reach out and we’ll help track your parcel.
Are fabric colours on your website accurate?
We aim for accuracy, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. If colour is critical, please contact us before ordering.
Will my fabric come folded or rolled?
Most fabrics are sent folded. Large orders may arrive rolled.
Will my fabric come in one continuous piece?
Yes, all fabrics are sent in one continuous length unless otherwise requested.
Can I order fabric samples?
Yes! Look for the “Add a Sample” option on product pages. Samples are 6 x 6 inches, priced at £0.50 each + p&p.
What are ‘Seconds’ fabrics?
These are slightly imperfect or end-of-roll fabrics offered at a discount. They're great value but non-refundable.
Can I return samples or ‘Seconds’ fabrics?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on samples or discounted/‘Seconds’ fabrics.
What is your minimum fabric order?
All fabrics are sold by the metre. The minimum order is 1 metre (we do not sell half metres).
Can I order by phone?
Not at the moment. Please place your order via our website. It's secure and easy to use.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it's sent straight to our warehouse for dispatch. If you need urgent help, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best.
How can I view my previous orders?
Login to My Account > My Orders to see your full order history.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and PayPal.
Is my data safe with Fluffi Fabrics?
Yes, your personal data is protected via SSL encryption. We never share your information except with delivery partners as needed.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Please contact us if you'd like your account and personal data permanently deleted.
I'm not happy with my order. How can I return it?
e're sorry to hear that! Email us at info@fluffifabrics.co.uk with the subject “Return Request” and we’ll guide you through the process.
I received the wrong item—what now?
Please email info@fluffifabrics.co.uk with the subject “Wrong Order Received”. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
What is your return address?
Please contact us over an email before returning anything. Only upon approval of your return request you will be given an address to return.
Forgotten your password?
Click on ‘Forgot Your Password’ on the login page and follow the instructions. Contact us if issues persist.
Can I update my account details?
Yes! Go to My Account > Account Information to update your email, password, and personal details.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for orders of of a single fabric. Please contact us for more information.
